Meet Shannon – Founder & Director

Shannon has dedicated her career to supporting Hong Konger families as they navigate the UK education system. After working with BNO families in Twickenham, she spent time living and teaching in Hong Kong and Mainland China. This experience allowed her to immerse herself in East-Asian culture, understand the academic expectations in Hong Kong, and build strong connections with Hong Konger families. Today, she partners with UK schools to bridge the gap between the Hong Kong and UK education systems, ensuring Hong Konger students feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed.

Discovery Call

We meet with your EAL/ESL lead or pastoral team to understand your context, student needs, and current provision.

Tailored Proposal

We create a support plan, which could include ESL clubs, drop-ins, 1:1 mentoring, or staff CPD sessions on supporting Hong Konger students.

Implementation & Check-ins

We deliver the agreed support and schedule regular reviews to ensure Hong Konger students are progressing academically and emotionally.
